More of the same ! I had no router, and didn't want to buy one, so, all holes were cut with a 21", parrallel - arm Scroll - Saw
from : " P S Wood Machines " in Bethel Park, PA. I cut the inner, MDF hole a bit larger in diameter, so that the poor Peerless wouldn't think it was in a tube ! Ten holes to cut on each speaker - box, ( counting the two on the front 1/8" ply overlay ) !!
HOWEVER : TOTAL MDF DUST : 1/2 Teaspoon !!!
